1. Private Custom Tournaments
Private and custom gaming tournaments arranged at the Mancave Lounge are subject to setup, booking, and administrative policies:
- Budget Thresholds: A minimum total entry budget of ₦100,000 is required to reserve private tournament dates.
- Administrative Charges: A house hosting, maintenance, console allocation, and management service fee of 15% to 20% applies to the total tournament budget.
- Prepayment Requirement: All private tournaments require upfront payment validation through the secure payment channel (Paystack) to guarantee console bookings and date holds.
- Player Counts: Private bookings must specify a minimum of 3 participating players (consisting of 1 primary contact and at least 2 additional competitor details).
- Stakes Configuration: The custom cup entry fees are fixed and customizable according to your group stakes and request. The remaining balance after the standard house setup service fee (15% - 20%) is allocated to your group stakes.
2. Tournament Prize Pools & Incentives
Official Mancave tournaments feature structured prize pools and incentives based on full tournament brackets (20 players max per date):
Champions Cup (₦20,000 Entry fee)
- Winner: ₦200,000 Cash + Free Man Cave Ritual
- 1st Runner Up: ₦100,000 Cash + Free Man Cave Ritual
- 2nd Runner Up: Free Man Cave Ritual
Brothers League (₦50,000 Entry fee)
- Winner: ₦500,000 Cash + Free Man Cave Ritual
- 1st Runner Up: ₦200,000 Cash + Free Man Cave Ritual
- 2nd Runner Up: Free Man Cave Ritual
- All Other Participants: 50% discount on Haircuts at the lounge
Private Custom Tournaments
Prize allocations and distribution stakes are customizable according to your group stakes and request, calculated after the house service setup fee.
3. Competitive Integrity & Conduct
Mancave maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsportsmanlike behavior or violations of competitive integrity:
- Fair Play: Any use of hardware modifications, software cheats, glitch abuse, or collusion results in immediate disqualification.
- Hostility: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, or harassment toward staff members or other competitors will lead to immediate ejection from the lounge and permanent ban from membership.
- Forfeits: Ejected or disqualified players forfeit any registration fees paid, and any pending tournament payouts will be nullified.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Console slots are highly limited. Cancellation or rescheduling of booking slots is subject to scheduling terms:
- Grace Period: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot to avoid penalties.
- Late Cancellations: Bookings canceled less than 24 hours prior to the slot time are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
